Ĝenerala Konfederacio de la Laboro en Katalunio voĉdonis rezolucion favoran al Esperanto - General Confederation of Labour in Catalunya passes resolution favourable to Esperanto

Rezolucio

La 9a Konfederacia Kongreso de la Ĝenerala Konfederacio de la Laboro en Katalunio,

 Atentinte la urĝan bezonon de plena internacia kooperado de la liberecanoj en la batalo kontraŭ la kapitalismo,
 Atentinte ke tiu kooperado nepre estu regata de la procedoj de la rekta demokratio kaj ke tiu ĉi eblos nur per la uzo de komuna internacia lingvo,
 Atentinte ke ne eblas, ke tiu ĉi komuna lingvo estos iu nacia lingvo, unue kaŭze de la malfacilaĵoj por la plejmulto el la laboristoj lerni naturan lingvon, due kaŭze de la kompara ofendo, kiu estus la fakto, ke parto el la movado uzus kiel komunan lingvon sian propran denaskan lingvon kaj alia parto lingvon nur duonlernitan, kaj fine kaŭze de la ideologiaj problemoj generotaj de la ebla uzo, kiel tian komunan lingvon, de iu el la nun hegemoniaj koloniismaj lingvoj,

Decidas

1. Deklari la Internacian Lingvon Esperanto kiel la nuntempe plej taŭgan por la starigado de horizontalaj kaj egalecaj rilatoj inter la laboristoj de la tuta mondo kaj inter la liberecanaj organizoj.

2. Kuraĝigi ĉiujn organojn de la ĜKL/CGT por ke ili stimuligu la disvastiĝon kaj lernadon de la Internacia Lingvo inter siaj gealiĝintoj kaj amikoj.

3. Proponi al ĉiuj liberecanaj organizoj la stimuligon de la esperantolernado, cele al ebligi la uzadon de esperanto kiel laboran lingvon en la kunordigado de la internacia liberecana movado.

Resolution

The Ninth Congress of the General Confederation of Labour in Catalunya.

Bearing in mind the need for full international co-operation of the libertarians in the battle against capitalism.

Bearing in mind that co-operation must absolutely be governed by the procedures of direct democracy and this will only be possible by the use of a common international language.

Bearing in mind that it is not possible for this common language to be a national language of some kind, firstly the difficulties for the majority of the workers in learning another natural language, secondly the comparable offense that would be the fact that part of the movement would use as a common language their own native language and the other part a language that is only half learnt, and finally the ideological problems generated by the possible use as an international language, a language that in the present day is a hegemonic and colonialist language.

Decisions

1.  Declares the international language Esperanto as currently the most appropriate for the establishment of horizontal and equal relations between the workers of the whole world and between the libertarian organisations.
2. Encourage all organs of the CGT to stimulate the dissemination and learning of the international language amongst its members and friends.
3.  Proposing to all libertarain organisations to stimulate Esperanto learning, aiming for the possibility of the use of Esperanto as a working language in the coordination of the international libertarian movement.
